Mr Tom Mah (President)

Mr Tom Mah is the owner of Continental Seafood Restaurant, one of the biggest and well established restaurant in Richmond. Mr Mah also oversees it’s daily operation. Before joining the restaurant industry, Mr Mah was educated and had worked in the computer and information technology field from the seventies to the mid eighties. Mr Mah is known by his integrity in business and his generosity in charitable and social activities. He is also active in various social and non-profit organizations which includes the Richmond Mandarin Lions Club.

Dr Chak Au (Director)

Mr David Gan (Director)

Mr David Gan is the President of Degan Construction Ltd., a long established commercial properties constructor. Mr Gan was born in Hong Kong, immigrated to Canada in the seventies, and received his secondary and tertiary education in Vancouver. Mr Gan, and his companies, are actively involved in various local and international philanthropic organizations and activities. He is also a dedicated Catholics who believes in Do-A-Good-Deed-A-Day!

Ms Heidi Xiao (Director)

Ms Heidi Xiao was born in Hunan Province of China. She learnt music and lute playing since her childhood and soon became a national music performer. She also started her commodity trading business and achieved significant results as China’s economy developed the same time. Ms Xiao immigrated to Canada to focus her effort in her daughters’ education and daily requirement. She has been involved in various community works during her spare time.

Mr Dickey Tam has worked in the printing industry since his years in Hong Kong. After he immigrated to Vancouver in 1990 with his family, Mr. Tam co-founded Horseshoe Press in 1996. Since then, Horseshoe Press has aimed to provide the best service and quality in printing. Mr. Tam started Eternal Media in 2008, and has sponsored the publishing of North American magazine Angel’s Heart (The first cover subject was Dr. David C. Lam, Canada’s first ethnic Chinese Lieutenant-Governor). Within 2 years, Eternal Media has published 9 autobiographies and self-help books. One of the publications includes Dr. Herbert Lee’s personal experience and his positivity while dealing with his sickness. The book highlights how the ultimate reward of returning home to God far outweighs the pain and suffering Dr. Lee felt in the last three months of his life. Other publications include Shimmering Twilight, Dr. David C. Lam’s autobiography, and A Hot Stream Beneath the Frozen Man, a testimony of Parkinson’s disease patient Reverend To Wang Hui.
